London & Central Securities is a property development and investment company focused on Central London and the Home Counties with a particular emphasis on the commercial sector.

Founded over 30 years ago the company has achieved substantial improvements on yield from previously under-performing assets by either refurbishment, letting, rent review or total redevelopment.

London & Central are deal led and therefore will pursue purchases across the UK. We have owned property from Scotland down to the Isle of Wight.

To ensure the most suitable team are employed on individual projects, London & Central assembles a project specific team of independent professionals on a deal by deal basis.
