London & Central Securities in a joint venture with Boultbee plc have purchased 19 former petrol stations from Total. The new company will be called London & Boultbee.
"The intention is to carry out a phased development programme over the next 5 years to try and maximize value" said Robert Goldstein, Managing Director of the new venture. The majority of these sites have been closed for 10 years and to a large extent have been forgotten by Total.
Wimpole property advised Total, and have been retained on the development programme.
London & Boultbee paid £3,000,000 for the 19 sites.

The site is located on the corner of Birchfields Road A34 and Moseley Road B5093. Located opposite the subject property is Retail Warehouse scheme including Blockbuster, Pizza Hut and Sainsburys.

The site is located on the Feltham High Street A244. Opposite a large Tesco Supermark. Feltham is in the London Borough of Hounslow.
